Vaccination Requirements:

   Canines: Rabies, Bordatella (Kennel Cough), DHLPP (Parvo & Distemper)
   Felines: Rabies, FeLV (Feline Leukemia), FVRCP 

Vaccinations must be current within the last year. Please bring your pet's shot records on
the first visit or have your vet fax the records to 615-851-3645.

Tour our facility any time during regular business hours Monday through Saturday - no appointment necessary - come on by!
